JEWELRY CARE

Proper jewelry care can help give your jewelry the longevity we all desire! Simple actions such as removing your jewelry before bed & bathing along with avoiding oils & chemicals can help make sure your jewelry stays in mint condition.

MATERIAL CARE

10k - 22k Gold

  • Gold is a solid metal but as the karat (purity) increases so does its delicateness. Gentle care for your jewelry will help reduce scratches, dents and major damage. Gold may need to be polished occasionally but chemicals are not recommended.

Diamonds & Stones

  • Diamonds are extremely hard so please be careful when storing to not let them scratch gold or stones.

Herringbone Chains

  • The herringbone chain can be a beautiful statement or accent piece. While it is a powerful piece of jewelry it is also very delicate. To avoid regular kinks and dents in the chain it is advised to remove before bed, showering and/or doing any major activity.
  • Please note that these chains fall outside of the return/ repair policy.

 SHIPPING & HANDLING

Our goal is to get you your gorgeous products as soon as possible! For most in stock items shipping will occur within 5-10 business days.  We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. 
All items ship from Alaska, USA.

Please note that once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it, make an adjustments to it, or combine it with another order.

Domestic Shipping: To the USA

Orders will be mailed with USPS Priority Tracked Packages and are processed & shipped within 5-10 business days. This processing time does not include engraved, or custom orders. Please note that the day(s) your order is packed and shipped is not counted as days in transit. TRACKED PACKAGE SHIPMENTS REQUIRE SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY.

  • USPS Priority Tracked Packages ship with an estimated 4-10 days for delivery.
  • Once an order has been placed, unfortunately no changes or cancellations can be made.

*Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of RAU GOLD. Such as, but not limited to, interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card.

*We are not responsible for lost parcels in the event that an incorrect shipping address was entered.

Lost Shipments 

If you received a delivery notification but you have not received your package please wait 24 hours and then follow these steps if you have still not received your order.

  • Check with neighbors (or those with neighboring mailboxes), your concierge, or community mailbox. 
  • If you are still unable to locate your package, please email raugoldjewelry@gmail.com and our team will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please note that a resolution can take up to 10 business days.
  • However we are not responsible for lost parcels.

RETURNS

Online Order Returns:
  • Orders are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery date
  • Gold jewelry pieces are eligible for a refund
  • No shipping costs are refunded or credited.
  • Customer will be responsible for return shipping
  • All engraved, custom and sale items are final sale

  • All items will be inspected upon return
  • Please ensure that items are not damaged, are clean and unworn.
